Our four key areas of focus are:

Promote careers in technology to K-12 students

We believe that the technology talent pipeline starts with an early introduction and access to technology.  Through our Careers in Technology program, the Foundation works with local middle and high school students to encourage them to pursue a career in technology. To date, we have presented to over 5,000 students.

Assist professionals with disabilities to find successful careers

We work closely with nAblement, a local company that is focused on the professional growth of qualified candidates with disabilities technology roles.

Connect local students with the hiring community

We work with executives throughout the state to find new opportunities for students that are graduating or expect to be graduating soon.  Our annual event celebrating our efforts is the Fifty For The Future®.

Curriculum  alignment in our schools

This principle is founded on the need to ensure that the university-level students of today are being taught skills that are truly needed by the hiring community for tomorrow. We accomplish this mission through our IT Leadership program, providing University programs, guest speakers and field trips.
