The Foundation recognizes that we need to educate more students in technology to build a strong regional technology pipeline. Foundation Program: CAATThe Career Academy for Advanced Technology (CAAT) will prepare students, in grades 9 through 12, for high-quality post-secondary education and meaningful work in high-demand, technology-related careers. Students will have the core content knowledge, leadership skills and maturity to succeed both in work and college. CAAT will prepare the next generation of leaders in IT and advanced technology, in skilled technical positions, as entrepreneurs who may initiate and/or come to own companies, and in the use of these technologies to improve our communities here and abroad. CAAT's management team has been recognized by President Obama while he was a senator.
