The mission of the Illinois Technology Foundation is to develop an ample supply of professional talent with the requisite business and technology skills to make significant contributions to the success of Illinois businesses.  To this end, we will be relentless in:

• Ensuring students aggressively pursue their personal and professional career goals by understanding the possibilities that technology offers and supporting teachers to achieve this end.
• Guiding students to seek out their passions and attain their overall goals in life through effective mentoring on how to apply academic learning in order to achieve their career goals.
• Fostering a commitment and environment with business leaders and entrepreneurs to embrace and develop the appropriate balance of business and technology skills in their employees.
• Working with the educational process to seamlessly integrate technology to empower students/individuals to create value and solve real business problems.
• Maintaining the most expansive network of volunteers in the State of Illinois.
• Securing the funding needed to support the work of the ITF by providing an emotional connection to the Foundation’s purpose/mission and tangible return in financial and other resources for our donors.
